Information we collect
When you request service or use Sky chat, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property or service location, requested service, preferred timing, and the details you provide about the job. We also receive routine technical information used to operate and protect the website, such as request timestamps and approximate network identifiers.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, discuss availability, provide and improve service, send internal lead notifications, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and keep the website secure. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, database and authentication services, email delivery, analytics, and AI-assisted chat. Those providers process information for these purposes under their own terms and privacy commitments. Sky chat may send the messages you enter to the configured AI provider so it can generate a response.
Retention and choices
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to records we are required or reasonably need to retain.
